Helping Hands and Caring Hearts has taken great care of my 92 year old mother for the past 2 years. I take great comfort in knowing that Mom is getting excellent care that enables her to maintain a high quality of life while living in her home. My entire family is grateful that we connected with Helping Hands and Caring Hearts for Mom's care. Thank you.
I’m writing to express my appreciation and recommend Christine Scirocco and her organization Helping Hands Caring Hearts. As I would think is probably the case in most elderly care circumstances, Christine was bought into a problematic situation in my parents’ home.
Initially, what impressed me most with Christine was her knowledgeable understanding of our requirements and easy going manner with the list of the obstacles. What looked to be a complicated and difficult task, Christine took in stride. Along the way events have materialized making her responsibility more complex, and in all instances Christine has handled the process with professional expertise and a caring manner.
Now, a bit more experienced in this process, I’ve come to appreciate the 2 key ingredients in home care for the elderly; placing qualified, compatible people in the home, and exceptionally attentive management. Christine brings both to the table. I highly recommend anyone looking for home care to meet and speak with Christine before making your decision.
Every day I feel grateful for my ongoing relationship with Christine Scirocco and Helping Hands Caring Hearts LLC. I first met Christine when she helped us employ a twenty four hour caregiver for my stepfather who had suffered a stroke. At the time, my mother had the symptoms of Mild Cognitive Impairment. Over the course of the ensuing 12 months, my mom’s dementia has progressed significantly. We have gone from having the kids helping her get ready for Christmas to having an aid in the house full time who guides her through almost all of her daily tasks. It has been a confusing and challenging year. Throughout this progression, Christine has helped me to assess my mom’s needs, navigate introducing my mom to a caretaker, schedule doctors appointments, and ensure that Mom has the care and support she needs. Christine’s expertise and empathy merge to create her supportive, reflective, informative tone. She has helped immeasurably to reassure and guide me through all of the changes my mom is experiencing. Both Christine and her employees are entirely professional and helpful. The caregivers employed by Christine are patient, knowledgeable, and confident in their safekeeping efforts. They have succeeded beyond my expectations in creating trusting, empathic relationships with my parents. I am so grateful that my mother feels both befriended and cared for by them. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Christine Scirocco and Helping Hands LLC as my mother’s needs continue to shift and grow.
